Annual Plant Sale
Plants from local gardeners and local growers!
The Garden Club has many volunteers who donate their time and efforts to make our plant sale a great success.
One of the reasons for so many repeat customers at the plant sale is the many donations from so many Niagara Region nurseries and businesses. We are truly grateful for their incredible generosity and support.

Elm Street Gardens
Members of the Grimsby Garden Club have been tending the gardens along Elm Street, adjacent to the Balsam Lane parking lot, for many years. We have recently rejuvenated the beds.
The garden bed under the tree is full of Ontario native plants. Volunteers tend the garden beds for an hour or two most Monday mornings, spring through fall.

WLMH Garden

Grimsby Garden Club is providing the plans and plant material for ~4000 square feet of garden beds on both sides of the promenade sidewalk leading to the front door of the hospital.
Like all Grimsbyites, members of the Grimsby Garden Club are excited to have a brand new hospital building in our town. Before the first shovel hit the ground, the garden club began working with the hospital building team to plan our involvement.
Planting is expected in Spring 2027.

Scholarships
Every year one graduating student from
West Niagara Secondary School and one from Blessed Trinity Catholic Secondary School
receive a scholarship towards their education
in a horticultural or similar post-secondary program.
